The Website is built and managed for us by Zouz Media and hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes the technical information above to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse, and we see only overall, anonymous visit counts.
When you send a form on the Website (such as a catering inquiry or a message), your details are emailed to our team and kept in our website's private dashboard so we can reply. You will also receive an email confirming we got your message. These emails are sent through our email delivery provider.
The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To display the site, Google's font servers may receive your IP address and information about your browser and device.
Online ordering, catering orders, reservations and gift cards are handled by Toast. When you follow those links, Toast collects the information needed to complete your order or reservation under its own privacy policy.

We are honored to offer gift cards and promotions across our brands. These terms apply when you buy, receive or use a gift card.
Gift card promotions may be offered in store or online, and some promotions may only be available when you buy a gift card in person at one of our locations. All promotions and gift cards are while supplies last. We reserve the right to inspect or decline gift cards in special business circumstances.
Please treat gift cards like cash: a lost or stolen card will not be replaced, and the same applies to bonus cards. Gift cards can be redeemed only at Sevmar Mediterranean Bistro or Jocelyn's by Sevmar and cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. They are redeemable only for goods and services up to the remaining balance. Any attempt to falsely claim or copy a gift card or its balance will result in confiscation or reporting where applicable. Gift cards and bonus cards are valid until their printed or stated dates. Sevmar Brands may cancel a gift card, bonus card or certificate if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, and may void certificates that show alterations or unauthorized endorsements. Unused balances cannot be returned or credited. These terms may change.
